Join Cummins Asia Pacific in Mackay as a Storeperson working the day shift. This position welcomes both individuals with prior warehousing experience and motivated newcomers, with comprehensive training provided for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries to verify accuracy against invoices.
• Sort, label, and safely store stock to maximize warehouse efficiency.
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders punctually.
• Enter order details and update inventory records in the system to maintain accuracy.
• Perform regular cycle counts and periodic stocktakes to ensure inventory control.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and transport partners about orders and deliveries.
• Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe continuously.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in warehousing or stores is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
• Possession of a current forklift license is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency with computers, especially MS Excel, and aptitude for learning new systems swiftly.
• Ability to work autonomously with dedication to safety and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a positive and team-oriented mindset.

Additional Information

• Training and forklift license will be provided upon successful completion of the probation period for candidates without prior experience.
• This role is located entirely on-site at the Mackay facility with no relocation package offered.
• Employment type is full-time with shop role category and on-site work with some flexibility within premises.
