Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch stock orders within set deadlines
• Maintain storeroom organisation and safety standards to foster a secure work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and support the team whenever necessary
• Engage in physical tasks such as receiving, storing, and moving inventory, requiring lifting, bending, and climbing
• Contribute actively to a culture of safety to ensure everyone makes it home safely

Candidate Profile

• Experience in warehouse roles focusing on receipt and dispatch processes
• Strong attention to detail and precision in stock handling
• Possession of a valid driver's license; a forklift license is a beneficial advantage
• Physically able to lift weights up to 20kg regularly
• Excellent communication and organisational competencies
• Safety-conscious and committed to fostering good working relationships
• Keen to learn and continuously improve performance standards
