Your role involves inspiring and coaching your team, celebrating their successes while prioritizing an exceptional customer experience. Utilizing data analytics will help you steer operations smoothly and effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Take charge of daily store operations including team building, defining clear objectives, and fostering a supportive workplace culture. Major responsibilities encompass hiring, mentoring, merchandising, and managing payroll to ensure seamless store functioning.

Collaborate regularly with District and Regional Managers to explore growth opportunities, enhance processes, and recognize successes.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams effectively.
