Job Overview

As a Store Manager for Wear Zing, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the jewelry store. Your role is to guide customers by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate jewelry options while efficiently managing billing and checkout processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout their visit.
• Identify customers' requirements and recommend appropriate jewelry pieces.
• Handle billing transactions promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a neat and organized display of products.
• Supervise inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment by coordinating with warehouse staff.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Oversee customer activities within the store to facilitate a smooth shopping experience.
• Address customer inquiries about products, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Manage the opening and closing of the store in adherence to business hours.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in billing or POS systems.
• Dependable, honest, and well-organized.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.
