About the Role

As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co., you will engage in a dynamic work environment that values innovation and change. Serving as a crucial link between the storage area and the sales floor, you will collaborate closely with the Stock Manager or Store Manager. Your role encompasses managing inventory effectively and ensuring customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze store sales and KPIs alongside the Store Manager to identify sales opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate daily restocking of merchandise.
• Train store employees on inventory policies and standards.
• Maintain well-organized, properly displayed, sorted, and labeled products in both sales and stock areas.
• Organize and oversee the stockroom efficiently.
• Provide support to the sales team on the sales floor.
