About the Location

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach stands out in Dubai's competitive luxury market with its prime location, contemporary luxury, and personalized service. Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines to clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware, managing loading and unloading processes and proper storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of ovens, steam kettles, mixers, kitchen equipment, drains, sinks, floors, walls, pastry shop areas, and hallways through various cleaning methods including dusting, mopping, polishing, and scrubbing.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents to sanitize pots, pans, and utensils.
• Set up, clean, and operate the silver burnishing machine to polish and sort silver items on a defined schedule, segregating damaged pieces for repair.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely while wearing proper protective gear.

Requirements

• Prior experience in stewarding roles.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and banquet settings.
