About the Location

Located along Saudi Arabia's western coast between Umluj and Al Wajh, the Red Sea is being developed as a premier luxury beach destination spanning 200 kilometers of natural islands and lagoons. The Four Seasons Resort will be positioned on Shura Island, featuring a yacht marina, recreational and lifestyle amenities, retail spaces, an 18-hole golf course, and more. Sustainability is central to the project, utilizing marine spatial planning to ensure minimal environmental impact, renewable energy use, and designated conservation zones.

The resort will provide around 149 rooms and suites with stunning views over pristine beaches and clear waters. Facilities include six restaurants and lounges, meeting spaces, a marine discovery center, children’s programs, a full-service spa with hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two exclusive beaches for families and adults.

Role Overview

The Steward is essential to upholding superior cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and related back-of-house areas. This role ensures all kitchenware, equipment, and spaces comply with the highest hygiene standards to align with Four Seasons’ commitment to luxury and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean, wash, and sanitize all kitchen tools, utensils, and dishes promptly and effectively
• Keep kitchen, storage areas, and waste disposal zones orderly and immaculate
• Properly handle and store kitchen equipment and supplies to maintain upkeep and readiness
• Assist kitchen staff by ensuring ample availability of clean items throughout service periods
• Manage refuse and recycling handling, adhering strictly to environmental and sanitation protocols
• Comply consistently with HACCP and health and safety guidelines
• Provide support with basic kitchen duties when necessary

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in stewarding or cleaning within the hospitality sector is advantageous
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
• Capacity to manage physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Attentiveness to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to collaborate well within a team and maintain a positive demeanor
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is mandatory
