We are seeking experienced Speech Pathologists eager to join our team based in Melbourne's Northwest Region. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and design therapy plans for clients with disabilities
- Implement interventions and generate evidence-based reports
- Apply clinical reasoning consistent with best practice guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share insights
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
- Deliver services that are culturally sensitive, inclusive, and person-centered
- Comply with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation
Candidate Requirements
- Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Proven experience in providing speech pathology services
- Excellent communication skills and strong clinical judgement
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check or willingness to acquire these
