Role Overview

The Spa Therapist will be entrusted with delivering high-quality treatments and services to all guests in line with the spa's vision and hotel standards, ensuring an exceptional spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service at all stages of the spa experience following the hotel’s established standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, administering treatments efficiently.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms at all times.
• Gain thorough knowledge of spa packages, facilities, and equipment while noting guest preferences.

Candidate Profile

• Deep passion for wellness and holistic health practices.
• Possession of certifications such as CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, IFA, or similar qualifications.
• Preferably experienced in spa or hotel environments.
• Enjoys engaging with guests and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and responsibly.
