Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full SOP drafting process for Australian student visa applications (Subclass 500), ensuring each document is tailored to a student's unique academic and professional background, career goals, and reasons for selecting Australia.
• Customize SOPs to satisfy Genuine Student criteria—such as ties to the home country, financial stability, and study intentions—avoiding generic templates.
• Compose additional application documents like cover letters and personal statements as needed.
• Review all SOPs for grammatical precision, narrative cohesion, clear structure, and compliance with Department of Home Affairs guidelines prior to submission.
• Detect any discrepancies or potential concerns in student profiles and promptly escalate these to the compliance team.
• Guarantee all content is original, personalized, and free from templated language.
• Collaborate effectively with counselors and case managers to collect comprehensive student details to inform writing.
• Coordinate with Document Verification and Compliance teams to maintain consistency between SOPs and supporting documentation.
