Role Overview

We are seeking talented software engineers, especially interns, to join our dynamic team and contribute to building scalable, impactful product features for the post-sales domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features that empower customer support and success teams to optimize their workflows by utilizing AI technology.
• Create prototypes, work autonomously, iterate swiftly, and deliver features frequently.
• Take full ownership of projects, managing them end-to-end with a high level of autonomy.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in an agile, non-linear development process.
• Work alongside experienced engineers from top-tier companies such as Samsara, Affinity, Airbnb, and Meta.

Candidate Profile

• You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, targeting graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2027.
• You possess a growth mindset and are eager to learn and improve continuously through constructive feedback.
• Residing in San Francisco or willing to relocate for this internship scheduled for Summer 2027.
• Desirable qualifications include prior internship experience or side projects showcasing strong full-stack skills.
• Bonus points for experience interning at fast-paced startups and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI in software development and multitasking across multiple projects is an advantage.
• Experience with technologies such as React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS is a plus.
