Social Media Ads Specialist

About the Role

High Mountains is seeking a skilled Social Media Ads Specialist to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate tangible leads and sales. Based in Mohali, Punjab, this full-time, office-based role requires someone with at least two years of experience managing social campaigns across various platforms, focused on driving customer acquisition and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager.
• Handle Instagram and Snapchat ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
• Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to enhance audience engagement.
• Create and manage targeted audience segments, including lookalike audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives and campaigns to improve performance.
• Optimize campaign budgets and monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, and ROAS.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, events, and conversion tracking for accurate measurement.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance ad creatives, copywriting, and campaign optimization.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in paid social media advertising.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and demonstrated proficiency with Instagram and Snapchat advertising platforms.
• Solid understanding of lead generation and sales conversion campaigns.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data and refine performance strategies continuously.
• Familiarity with AI-based digital advertising tools.
• Results-driven attitude emphasizing leads, conversions, and return on investment.

Working Conditions

• Location: Mohali, Punjab (Industrial Area).
• Work hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Work mode: Onsite (Work from office).
• Salary range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
