Media247 Digital is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, capable of managing client relationships effectively, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring smooth project execution without oversight.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Maintain excellent communication with clients to understand and address their needs.
- Leverage experience in social media or agency environments to manage client accounts efficiently.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of account handling.
- Manage multiple client accounts and meet various deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and take full ownership of accounts and their outcomes.
Candidate Profile
The role requires someone who does more than just relay client instructions to the team. The candidate should be capable of analyzing issues, devising solutions thoughtfully, and commanding ownership over their accounts.
