About the Role

We're seeking creative and skilled Social Content Specialists to join our expanding talent pool. These hybrid content strategists and creators transform audience insight and campaign briefs into engaging, platform-specific content such as Stories, GIFs, polls, and Reels. The role involves conceptualising and executing content ideas across social media, managing visual style, tone of voice, and delivering high-quality video and static content that resonates and drives real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze briefs to develop content strategies adapted to objectives, platform specifications (aspect ratios, placements, safe zones), and audience insights.
• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorms and team meetings to shape campaign narratives and social storytelling.
• Create social-first content including short videos, animations, explainers, graphics, carousels, and shareable cards, optimized for platforms and aligned with brand guidelines and campaign targets.
• Reformat existing creative assets into new, audience-relevant, accessible, and platform-native forms.
• Customize content to platform-specific requirements applying best practices for format, safe zones, accessibility, and native tone.
• Craft clear, engaging on-screen copy and social media captions enhancing audience interaction.
• Monitor content trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep creative output fresh and effective.
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, researchers, and campaign teams, incorporating feedback to refine and deliver superior final content.

Requirements

• Excellent sense of design, motion graphics, and storytelling with confidence presenting creative ideas.
• In-depth understanding of engagement drivers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, and emerging social platforms.
• Proven track record of producing imaginative and strategic social-first content.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Thrives in dynamic, collaborative settings with strong time management skills.
• Ability to adapt creative approaches for diverse audiences, respecting sociopolitical contexts.
