Site Supervisor

Overview

This role involves overseeing the on-site activities related to the fabrication and installation of rolling shutters. The supervisor will coordinate labor teams, verify material quantities and quality, ensure safety compliance, and manage client communications regarding installation timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to the site to supervise installation and repair operations in person.
• Assign tasks to the labor team based on job cards efficiently.
• Confirm material quantities and quality, including sheets, guides, brackets, and motors, prior to their arrival on site.
• Double-check all measurements at the site before beginning fabrication tasks.
• Coordinate directly with clients to discuss timelines, expectations, and site preparedness.
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed at the site.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the office or project owner, including photographs and status updates.
• Work to minimize material wastage and prevent damage during installation.
• Support payment follow-up processes, including collection of advances and balances, as per company procedures.
