Role Overview

We are recruiting a full-time Site Manager to join our team based on-site in Kildare. The successful candidate will manage daily operations on construction sites, including coordinating subcontractors and trades, overseeing safety compliance, assuring quality standards, and tracking progress relative to timelines and budgets. Key duties include supervising site workforce, performing regular site inspections, and addressing any operational challenges promptly.

You will serve as the primary communication link among project managers, design professionals, clients, and suppliers to facilitate timely delivery of materials and services. Maintaining comprehensive site records, compiling progress reports, and ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and internal procedures are also critical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing construction sites, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and enforcing safety and quality standards.
• Experience delivering construction projects with the ability to interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications efficiently.
• Strong skills in construction administration such as record-keeping, report preparation, and budget/program analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work with project teams, clients, and suppliers effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of Irish construction laws, health and safety rules, and industry best practices.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior Site Manager or Site Supervisor experience, particularly within residential construction projects, is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with essential construction IT tools and software, and experience using project management or site reporting platforms is beneficial.
