About the Role
Wood is seeking a Site Administrator based in Biloela, Queensland, starting potentially in February 2027. This role involves a combination of administrative and payroll responsibilities within a critical energy infrastructure environment, supporting both local site operations and wider contract teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering payroll in compliance with Enterprise Agreements, including processing payroll and maintaining accurate leave records.
- Generating required payroll and administrative reports.
- Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to primary stakeholders and contract teams.
- Document preparation and management, including registers, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Supporting Workplace Health & Safety initiatives and training competency management.
- Overseeing onboarding and induction processes.
- Handling data entry for timesheets and pay inquiries, maintaining skills matrix, and verifying competency records.
- Monitoring work hours to manage fatigue and preparing weekly progress reports.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in a full scope Site Administrator role and strong proficiency with MS Excel and Word, including formulas and pivot tables. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling are essential, alongside excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
