Signal Integrity Engineer

Role overview

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer in Bengaluru to support high-speed electronic design work across critical interfaces and printed circuit board development. The position focuses on simulation, analysis, and validation of signal and power integrity for advanced hardware platforms.

What you will do

• Run signal integrity and power integrity analyses for fast interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, USB, and SerDes.
• Study TDR results, eye patterns, crosstalk behavior, insertion loss, return loss, and PDN impedance.
• Partner with hardware design teams to improve PCB stack-up decisions, routing strategy, and component placement.
• Use industry tools including HyperLynx, Cadence Sigrity, Keysight ADS, Ansys SIwave, or similar platforms for simulation work.
• Check schematics and layout files to ensure signal and power integrity targets are met.
• Prepare clear technical reports and share conclusions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist with lab testing and compare simulation outputs against measured results for correlation.

Salary range: INR 8,50,000 to INR 17,00,000 per year.
