About the Role
Join Grey Eagle Resort & Casino, the premier entertainment venue located on Tsuut’ina First Nation in Calgary, Alberta. We seek motivated and energetic individuals to become part of our vibrant team. This position entails ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of groups to and from the resort while maintaining high standards of safety, security, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport groups to and from the resort and casino.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the shuttle both inside and out.
- Conduct pre-trip safety inspections to confirm the vehicle is safe and ready for operation.
- Deliver exemplary customer service by welcoming and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, and establishing positive relationships.
- Stay knowledgeable about the resort’s amenities, ongoing promotions, and marketing activities to provide accurate information to guests.
- Adhere strictly to all site, departmental, and Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission (AGLC) policies and procedures.
- Support security protocols protecting company assets and ensure a safe working environment.
- Identify and report any unsafe conditions to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver's license with a clean abstract.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience operating shuttle services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and availability to work shifts.
