Role Overview
The company is looking for a driven Mechanical Engineer to support its service operations. This position involves installing, checking, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems while helping ensure smooth performance and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, inspection, regular servicing, and repairs for mechanical equipment and systems.
- Identify technical faults at customer sites and resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Handle preventive as well as corrective maintenance work to reduce downtime.
- Document service activities through detailed technical reports and accurate maintenance logs.
- Deliver professional on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and client support.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep service schedules on track and complete assigned projects on time.
- Follow company processes and safety requirements at all times during work execution.
- Assist with equipment testing and commissioning whenever needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field is required.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, field service, or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and advanced troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A valid Saudi driving licence is mandatory, along with willingness to travel to different client locations.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
