About the Role
Join LocaliQ as an SEO Specialist and play a pivotal role in boosting online visibility, generating leads, and driving growth for businesses across Australia and New Zealand. This position offers the chance to lead comprehensive SEO campaigns from start to finish, focusing on improving search rankings and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with a diverse client base and work alongside experienced digital marketing professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of SEO clients spanning multiple industries, managing end-to-end SEO strategies.
- Plan and execute techniques to improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance conversion rates.
- Perform detailed technical SEO audits to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and provide content recommendations aligned with SEO goals.
- Design and implement link-building campaigns to boost domain authority.
- Track campaign results and generate insightful reports using SEO analytics tools.
- Translate complex SEO data into clear, actionable advice for clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Content, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Keep up-to-date with Google algorithm changes and latest SEO best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing SEO campaigns and client accounts.
- Expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and keyword research.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and devise effective strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms and HTML/CSS is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior experience within a digital agency setting is a plus.
- Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to continuous learning.
