Senior Training Specialist / Training Manager

About the Role

The Senior Training Specialist will oversee and support after-sales training activities throughout the dealer network. This position is crucial in ensuring the efficient planning, implementation, and management of both technical and non-technical training initiatives, aimed at enhancing dealer capabilities to meet Geely's after-sales standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize after-sales training programs effectively.
• Assist in preparing training materials for both technical and non-technical topics.
• Coordinate training sessions between internal departments and external service providers.
• Lead training programs for new vehicle models.
• Manage the launch and operation of on-site training centers and online training platforms.
• Support dealer training schedules, certification processes, and monitor attendance.
• Maintain comprehensive training records, reports, and Learning Management System (LMS) data.
• Drive continuous enhancements in training methodologies and documentation.
• Monitor key performance indicators relating to training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in training coordination or automotive aftersales roles.
• Background in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are considered a plus.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
