Position Summary
The Senior Territory Service Representative (Senior TSR) in Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely pickups and deliveries of customer shipments within designated areas, upholding premium service quality, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering excellent customer engagement. This position involves overseeing day-to-day pickup and delivery processes, mentoring new TSRs, addressing operational challenges, and maintaining Blue Dart's operating standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute pickups and deliveries punctually as per scheduled routes, maximizing first-attempt delivery success and minimizing service failures.
- Handle shipments accurately during loading, transit, and delivery while optimizing routes for productivity.
- Provide excellent customer service by representing the Blue Dart brand professionally and addressing routine customer inquiries or escalating complex issues.
- Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) collection, reconciliation, and timely remittance, ensuring impeccable shipment documentation and zero discrepancies.
- Utilize handheld scanners and digital tools for shipment tracking, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Train and support newly onboarded TSRs, share operational best practices, and assist Shift In-charges during contingencies.
- Comply with all safety standards and road regulations, maintain assigned vehicles, report incidents promptly, and uphold workplace discipline and grooming standards.
- Collaborate effectively with shift supervisors, operations teams, and branch personnel to meet productivity and service goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th standard pass; higher qualifications are advantageous.
- 3 to 6 years’ experience in courier, express logistics, last-mile delivery, or field operations.
- Proven proficiency in customer deliveries, pickups, COD processes, route management, and use of digital delivery applications/scanners.
- Must be at least 18 years old and physically fit for field duties.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license including ownership of a two-wheeler where required by company policy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
