About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Steward to join Sathya Bar & Restaurant in Bengaluru, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in bar and restaurant service, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer interactions and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Keep tables and service zones clean and well-maintained.
• Address customer inquiries and work to guarantee satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and training to junior steward staff as needed.
• Maintain precise billing and order documentation.
• Adhere strictly to all hygiene and health safety regulations.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Steward or Senior Steward within a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong communication abilities and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Capability to manage responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Preferably skilled in team coordination and leadership.
• Familiarity with billing processes and POS systems is advantageous.
