About the Role
This position is a direct employment opportunity within the banking sector, based primarily at the bank's main branch. The role requires managing customer relationships, handling walk-in clients, and conducting customer analyses to ensure effective service and sales closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate based on lead generation and management at the primary branch location.
- Engage with customers who visit the branch in person.
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer needs and profiles.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with other candidates in sales-related initiatives.
- Oversee sales service procedures and ensure completion of necessary documentation for closing leads.
Candidate Profile
- Must have completed graduation.
- At least one year of professional experience in any of the following sectors: Sales, Banking, Finance, or Insurance.
- Possess strong communication skills suitable for customer interaction.
