Job Overview

Highmark Ads seeks a seasoned Google Ads Growth Consultant to oversee and enhance advertising campaigns specifically for businesses in Australia. This full-time remote position involves managing diverse types of Google Ads accounts, executing strategic client interactions, and utilizing analytics tools to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and refine Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and Shopping networks.
• Conduct strategic discussions with clients to align campaign efforts with their business objectives.
• Perform detailed account evaluations, undertake keyword research, and analyze competitors to inform campaign strategies.
• Drive improvements in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance metrics.
• Configure and maintain analytical tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards.
• Deliver comprehensive weekly reports on performance alongside actionable strategic advice.
• Optimize landing pages and Google Business Profiles to support campaign success.
• Ensure ongoing communication and relationship management with clients throughout the campaign process.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficient understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
• Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience servicing international clients, preferably from Australia.
• Google Ads Certification considered advantageous.

Position Details

• Location: Fully remote role.

• Monthly Salary: INR 40,000 to INR 50,000.
