Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate audit activities considering audit risks to ensure compliance with established policies and protocols.
- Carry out audit procedures with a solid understanding of the client’s operational environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of audit methodologies, technical skills, and documentation standards.
- Experience in performing and delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
- Proven ability to lead audit planning, execution, and reporting phases.
- Possession or progress towards recognized accounting credentials such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalents.
- Familiarity with accounting frameworks like IFRS and related financial reporting is beneficial.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities paired with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in project management, focusing on effective time management and communication.
- Capacity to build and maintain lasting client relationships, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
