Role summary

This is a full-time, on-site security position at the Jaipur manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will help protect people, property, and controlled areas by managing access, observing movement across the site, and responding appropriately to security concerns.

Key duties

• Watch and manage entry and exit points at the facility.
• Check identification for staff and visitors and apply access rules.
• Maintain security by following company procedures and site protocols.
• Patrol assigned areas on a regular basis.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and act on unusual activity.
• Record and report incidents, suspicious behavior, and security breaches.
• Support emergency response actions according to company guidelines.
• Help protect employees, visitors, and company property.
• Control access to restricted areas when needed.
• Coordinate with management and external security or police authorities whenever required.
• Offer polite and helpful support to employees, visitors, and vendors while maintaining order.

Qualifications and expectations

• Hands-on knowledge of physical and private security practices, including patrols, surveillance systems, and access control.
• Experience with personnel security tasks such as ID verification, badge enforcement, and protection of people on site.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach while dealing with staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Previous work as a security guard or in a similar security role, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or export-related settings.
• Ability to remain on feet, walk, and complete physical duties for long periods with strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
• Basic understanding of safety rules, emergency procedures, and incident documentation.
• Minimum education level of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification; security training or certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, and to follow company policies and ethical standards.
