Scrum Master

About the Role

This is a contract engagement offering a fully remote work setup. The position involves leading Agile Scrum practices within the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) Data Completeness for Business Applications project, with a target completion by December 31, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify challenges and impediments that slow team progress and implement solutions.
• Drive continuous team improvement by organizing retrospectives and encouraging productive feedback.
• Report project progress, potential risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders transparently.
• Ensure consistent use of Scrum methodology and compliance with Agile principles across the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years' experience in Agile delivery roles with a proven track record as a Scrum Master for technology teams.
• Proficient in translating vague requirements into clear backlog items and managing end-to-end delivery through rigorous Agile discipline.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe Agile frameworks, Scrum practices, and Lean methodologies.
• Practical experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow platforms.
• Superior communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support team and project needs effectively.
