Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Scaffolding Supervisor based onsite in Jubail. The key responsibilities include managing scaffolding erection, adjustment, and dismantling processes while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project requirements. Daily duties involve planning scaffolding needs, assigning tasks to scaffolders, inspecting structures, and confirming correct application of fall protection and working-at-height procedures. Coordination with site management and other trades is essential, along with maintaining detailed scaffolding operation records and leading safety meetings such as toolbox talks.

The supervisor will track work productivity, address onsite issues, and oversee proper handling and storage of scaffolding materials and equipment.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory capabilities including team coordination, task delegation, and performance evaluation.
  • Expertise in scaffolding installation and working safely at heights, with thorough familiarity of scaffold types and set-up techniques.
  • Competency in dismantling scaffolding safely and applying fall protection equipment effectively, like harnesses and guardrails.
  • Preferably holds relevant certifications related to scaffolding or construction safety.
  • Experience on industrial or construction sites, especially within Jubail or comparable settings, is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of local safety laws, risk assessments, and incident documentation procedures.
  • Able to interpret scaffolding drawings and work plans is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate well within diverse teams.
