SAP SD Consultant

About the Role

Join Hitachi Digital Services as an SAP SD S/4 HANA Consultant, where you will play a vital role in implementing and maintaining the Sales & Distribution module within SAP S/4 HANA. Your focus will encompass the full Order-to-Cash process, including pricing, billing, and seamless integration with other SAP modules to streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or collaborate on end-to-end SAP SD implementations specifically on the S/4 HANA platform.
• Configure essential Sales & Distribution functionalities such as sales order management, quotations, pricing strategies, deliveries, billing processes, credit controls, and rebate management.
• Support advanced condition techniques, design pricing procedures, and oversee batch management configurations.
• Manage the comprehensive Order-to-Cash cycle, covering quotations, order processing, shipment, billing, and revenue recognition stages.
• Guarantee effective integration of SD with finance (FI), materials management (MM), production planning (PP), and other critical modules.
• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for issues related to the SD module, including root cause analysis and prompt problem resolution.
• Assist with testing phases, data migration efforts, and activities necessary for successful go-live.

Candidate Profile

• Possess five to ten years of experience working with SAP SD, with at least two to three years specifically involving SAP S/4 HANA projects.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in implementations, ongoing support, and upgrade initiatives.
• Graduate degree required (any discipline).
