Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) specialist to join our Chennai-based team. The role involves implementing, supporting, and contributing independently on SAP HCM projects for a leading consultancy.
Key Responsibilities and Experience Requirements
- At least 6 to 12 years of hands-on SAP HCM project experience.
- Proven expertise in SAP HCM implementation, backed by formal certification in HCM.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, especially with expertise in UK Payroll processing.
- Minimum of one complete lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience providing support that includes custom developments.
- Skills in establishing HR Mini Master Data frameworks.
- Sound knowledge of HR procedures spanning various modules within SAP.
- Comprehensive understanding of essential HR functions such as core HR processes, Organization Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Training, and Event Management.
- Awareness and handling of Master and Transaction data deletion methodologies.
