Sales Support Executive

Overview

Geetha Traders is looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their team in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This role involves assisting the sales department with preparing quotations, managing customer inquiries, and supporting field sales staff to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and preparing accurate quotations for customers based on their requirements.
• Handling and responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Providing assistance and support to the field sales executives in their daily tasks.
• Following up on quotations made and managing subsequent orders to ensure conversions.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based onsite at Thiruvananthapuram. The salary range offered for this role is between 12000 and 18000 Indian Rupees per month.
