About the Role
The position of Sales Manager for Low Voltage Capacitors involves spearheading sales growth, enhancing market presence, and boosting profitability of low voltage capacitor products and power quality solutions within targeted regions and key customer accounts. The manager will craft strategic sales plans, nurture customer relations, collaborate with distribution partners, and coordinate closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate revenue generation for low voltage capacitors and related power quality offerings across the industrial, commercial, utility, OEM, and EPC sectors.
- Devise and implement regional sales strategies aligned with yearly corporate targets.
- Identify and cultivate new clients, applications, and sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy, and data centers.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead development and technical-commercial negotiations to deal closure and support in collections.
- Manage and develop channel partners, distributors, and system integrators effectively.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with principal accounts, consultants, utilities, OEMs, and panel fabricators.
- Provide product training to partners, participate in joint customer meetings, and assist in converting opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing models, and technological advancements.
- Contribute to product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Engage in trade shows, seminars, and industry events to strengthen brand recognition.
- Prepare precise sales forecasts, maintain pipelines, and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding pricing, margins, contracts, and credit management.
- Assist with collection activities to enhance cash flow and minimize overdue accounts.
- Adhere to all internal and external regulatory standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
- Eight to twelve years of professional experience in sales related to low voltage electrical products, preferably including capacitors, power quality solutions, switchgear, or automation systems.
- Demonstrated success in B2B and project sales as well as channel partner management.
- Experience engaging with industrial clients, utilities, OEMs, EPCs, and consulting firms.
- In-depth knowledge of low voltage capacitors, automatic power factor correction (APFC) panels, harmonic mitigation, and power factor correction technology.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Capability to translate complex technical information into compelling customer benefits.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated area.
- Successful track record of meeting sales and profitability targets, expanding market share, acquiring new accounts, improving channel partner performance, delivering accurate forecasts, and achieving high customer satisfaction and repeat business levels.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
