Join Sensatec (Asia) Pte Ltd as a Sales Manager where you will collaborate with top international FMCG brands to nurture strategic customer partnerships and fuel commercial expansion across Singapore's modern trade outlets. Your role encompasses crafting and implementing account strategies, uncovering growth prospects, and working with diverse teams to enhance sales success and boost brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major supermarket chains and convenience retail accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by planning and executing effective account strategies.
- Manage listing submissions, new product proposals, and trade promotion planning.
- Lead negotiations on trading terms, promotional campaigns, shelf allocation, and in-store visibility.
- Track sales performance, sell-through rates, and key account indicators, suggesting improvements as required.
- Analyze sales data at retail and store levels to pinpoint growth opportunities and resolve performance issues.
- Oversee stock availability, address out-of-stock situations, and coordinate restocking plans with operations and logistics teams.
- Ensure consistent execution of planograms, promotional displays, and marketing efforts inside stores.
- Assess the return on investment and effectiveness of trade promotions and retail marketing programs.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns related to stock irregularities, delivery, and product quality.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and logistics departments to guarantee seamless execution and continuous supply.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG key account management within supermarket channels.
- Strong commercial insight demonstrated by a consistent record of sales growth achievement.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation competencies.
- Proficient analytical abilities with experience in sales reporting and evaluating performance metrics.
- Advanced usage of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
