Role Overview
As a Sales Executive working for the direct channel at Axis Max Life Insurance Company Limited, you will be responsible for customer education, prospecting, closing leads, and ensuring post-sale service, contributing to business growth in the Delhi-NCR area.
Key Responsibilities
- Inform and educate customers about insurance products to enhance understanding and trust.
- Conduct cold calls to schedule meetings with potential clients and explore new business opportunities.
- Convert leads provided by the call centre into confirmed sales.
- Use the Maximize platform actively for lead activation, daily follow-ups, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide ongoing customer support including handling renewals and collections.
- Participate in team meetings to exchange insights and share effective sales techniques with colleagues.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 35,000.
