Job Overview
We seek a proactive and dependable Sales Executive to join our Mattress Experience Centre team. This role uniquely blends direct showroom sales, off-site client visits, and managing nationwide sales queries via phone.
Key Duties
- Welcome customers arriving at the showroom, identify their comfort preferences, and clarify the advantages of various mattress types such as memory foam and pocket springs.
- Conduct visits to customer homes for precise measurement of beds and frames while demonstrating product features in person.
- Manage inbound sales leads from across India through phone and WhatsApp, addressing questions and closing sales remotely.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential buyers who have visited the showroom or made inquiries online to increase sales conversion rates.
- Keep an updated daily record of showroom visitors, field appointments, and telephone inquiries.
