Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers to ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate products.
• Meet daily and monthly sales goals.
• Keep product displays attractive, and maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.
• Manage billing, packaging, and operate POS/cash transactions efficiently.
• Support inventory processes such as stock replenishment and checks.
• Address customer queries promptly with excellent service.
• Assist with daily store functions, including opening and closing activities.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive, confident, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Retail sales experience is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Availability to work full-day shifts during peak sales, special events, and weekends.
• Flexibility to handle extended hours during busy periods, especially weekends.

Job Details

• Position is part-time with working hours from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Salary is ₹4,000 per month.
