Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at Everfit, you will be the primary contact for coaches and training businesses worldwide, guiding them to understand and embrace Everfit's offerings. Your role involves creating authentic connections, asking insightful questions, and helping fitness enthusiasts discover tools that maximize their potential. Utilizing AI technologies will be a core part of your workflow to enhance outreach and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with fitness coaches and businesses through discovery calls and product demonstrations to identify their goals and challenges while illustrating how Everfit meets their needs.
- Evaluate leads to determine suitability, and support prospects through decision-making to convert them into Everfit customers.
- Develop personalized and compelling messaging using storytelling and value-driven communication, integrating AI where beneficial.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on retargeting campaigns, pipeline management, and sharing market and customer feedback.
- Maintain organized pipelines by utilizing Salesforce and similar tools for tracking leads, follow-ups, and performance indicators.
- Employ AI and data analysis to continuously test and refine communication strategies and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in sales, customer success, or business development, preferably within startups or rapidly growing companies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, AI tools, and outreach software.
- Experience in or thorough knowledge of the health and fitness industry.
- Understanding of both outbound and inbound sales methodologies.
