Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative focused on the Ontario province, you will actively participate in MEDFAR’s sales initiatives, promoting the MYLE EMR product to frontline healthcare facilities. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be part of a cross-functional group dedicated to expanding MEDFAR’s footprint and driving growth, with a focus primarily on the Ontario Health East region including greater Ottawa.

Key Duties

  • Initiate contact and communicate with first-line healthcare providers to introduce and explain our product offerings.
  • Travel to various clinics within Ontario to demonstrate MYLE’s features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Develop and analyze sales territories to identify new opportunities for sales and upselling.
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations to potential users to showcase capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and the Sales Manager on projects aiming to enhance sales processes and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain follow-ups with customers and liaise between clients and the internal team as necessary.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships to facilitate repeat business and new sales prospects.
  • Partner closely with the New Market Manager to boost sales targets and improve win rates.

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Two to five years of experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Experience in prospecting and penetrating markets within similar industries is advantageous.
