Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant, you will be a key member of the Housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining superior cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms. Beyond cleaning tasks, you will collaborate smoothly with colleagues and provide guest support, ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable and hospitable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms including linen changes, bathroom sanitizing, and surface wiping to uphold high standards
• Adhere strictly to established procedures to maintain exceptional cleanliness
• Organize, maintain, and restock housekeeping equipment and trolleys efficiently
• Handle cleaning supplies carefully while following safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times
• Promptly report any maintenance concerns to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills and Experience

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous
• Demonstrates warm and friendly communication with both guests and team members
• Strong attention to detail combined with effective time management and pride in completing tasks
• Physical stamina to navigate multiple rooms including stairs and open walkways
• Enjoy collaborating with a diverse team
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
