Role Overview
As a Room Attendant in Environmental Services, you will be responsible for completing daily and terminal cleaning duties within assigned areas. This role ensures a safe and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Upholding EAMC’s core values, you will provide excellent customer service in interactions with both internal and external customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- No prior formal education is mandatory for this position.
- Effective spoken and written English communication skills are essential to comprehend instructions and respond appropriately to patient and staff needs.
- Ability to read and understand chemical labels used in cleaning processes is required.
- Previous housekeeping experience, particularly within a healthcare environment, is preferred but not compulsory.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED is desired.
- No specific registration, license, or certification is necessary for this role.
