About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and eager Rookie Pest Control Technician to join our team in South Donegal on a permanent full-time basis. This role involves regularly servicing clients assigned to you from the branch, with a strong focus on maintaining outstanding service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update your client portfolio by delivering exceptional pest control services.
- Provide informed advice and expert recommendations to clients regarding pest management.
- Document detailed reports for each visit to keep clients fully informed about our pest control actions on their site.
- Always aim to deliver comprehensive pest control solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Uphold a professional appearance and conduct to reflect the company’s values.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a valid, clean driving license.
- A genuine interest in pest control and no fear or aversion to heights or pests.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills to handle and prioritize a busy daily workload efficiently.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to engaging with customers; using interpersonal skills to identify new business opportunities during visits.
Training
No prior expertise in pest control is necessary since comprehensive training will be provided to all new employees.
