Role Responsibilities

• Begin and end each shift from your driveway, with pay starting when you enter your van and ending upon your return home.
• Operate independently across diverse locations and challenging conditions while remaining connected to a supportive team network.
• Utilize your technical expertise in vehicle maintenance combined with clear communication skills to provide excellent customer service experiences.
• Address and resolve a wide variety of roadside mechanical issues promptly using a calm and methodical approach.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent qualification accompanied by relevant experience.
• Possession of a full category B driving licence with six or fewer penalty points.
• Ability and willingness to engage with new technological tools provided by the employer, paired with curiosity and adaptability.
• Flexibility to accommodate various shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as roadside assistance demands are unpredictable.
