Risk & Underwriting Operations Executive

About the Role

The Risk & Underwriting Operations Executive is tasked with handling the underwriting processes, document verification, and ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently, accurately, and compliantly within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review onboarding documents aligned with underwriting protocols.
• Liaise closely with internal departments to secure underwriting approvals and facilitate operations workflows.
• Maintain proper documentation standards, ensure compliance, and update policy records accordingly.
• Track and manage pending cases while addressing underwriting inquiries to ensure smooth process flow.
• Assist with audit procedures and contribute ideas for enhancing operational processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field with preference for Insurance or Commerce background.
• Previous experience in underwriting or operations related to Personal Accident (PA) or General Insurance.

Skills and Attributes

• Excellent analytical skills combined with effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and enterprise management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to meeting service turnaround times.

Additional Information

Work location is at NDM 2 Building, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi-110034.

Monthly salary ranges from 15000 to 20000 INR.
