Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Prahran location team. This role entails guiding and mentoring a team of up to 10 members, ensuring adherence to brand values, maintaining excellent store presentation according to visual merchandising standards, and optimizing stock levels to maximize sales. Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing rosters, sales reports, and ensuring store compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of up to 10 staff members.
- Promote and uphold company values within the store team.
- Maintain store appearance consistent with visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Stock Allocator and independently manage stock to optimize floor space utilisation.
- Prepare and oversee employee rosters, sales performance reports, and compliance monitoring.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience with an ability to inspire and empower teams in line with Ghanda's organisational culture.
- Strong customer-focused approach and a commitment to retail fundamentals.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory; emphasis is placed on a positive attitude and cultural fit.
