Retail Salesperson

Overview

This position requires working at a physical store location in Laval, Quebec, with no remote work option. Candidates should be proficient in either English or French.

Education & Experience

• Completion of secondary (high) school or equivalent experience.
• Between one and two years of experience in sales and marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on merchandise selection.
• Promote products, sales, and services through advertising and upselling techniques.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise sought for purchase, rental, or lease.
• Practice suggestive selling to boost sales performance.
