Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and insightful Research Analyst / Research Assistant to contribute to our data-driven research projects. The role involves gathering diverse qualitative and quantitative information, analyzing data, and producing comprehensive reports that facilitate strategic business decisions and planning.
Key Duties
- Execute both primary and secondary research utilizing dependable sources and established research techniques.
- Gather, arrange, validate, and analyze various data forms including qualitative and quantitative.
- Conduct literature reviews, market intelligence gathering, industry and competitor assessments.
- Create detailed research documents, presentations, data dashboards, and summary reports.
- Identify significant patterns, trends, and derive key insights from extensive datasets.
- Maintain organized research databases and ensure all documentation is current and accurate.
- Participate in designing surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and other investigative procedures.
- Analyze collected data to offer strategic recommendations aligned with business goals.
- Work collaboratively with different departments on research-driven initiatives.
- Present complex findings clearly using visual aids such as charts and graphs.
- Adhere strictly to research methodologies and quality standards in data handling and documentation.
- Assist in the development of project proposals and analytical content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and relevant scholarly publications.
- Propose improvements to enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of research processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical management of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, Psychology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Competence in data gathering, analysis, interpretation, and reporting approaches.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related data processing or presentation tools.
- Experience or familiarity with survey platforms, statistical software, business intelligence, and data visualization tools is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail and dedication to data integrity and research quality.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Capability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
