Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Regional Property Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of multifamily communities and leading on-site teams. This full-time position, based in Denver, CO, reports to the Director of Asset Management with a starting salary of $125,000 plus benefits including health, dental, vision, and paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the property management teams, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Manage staffing requirements across the properties to ensure adequate coverage and expertise.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and resident relations to maintain effective property management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve maintenance and safety issues.
• Develop strategies to reduce vacancy rates and increase occupancy levels.
• Evaluate operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement new procedures and leverage technology for improved property management and communications.
• Track key performance indicators to monitor success and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and fair housing laws.
• Maintain accurate property and financial documentation.
• Prepare management reports evaluating property and operational performance.
• Conduct staff training on relevant policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience managing multifamily properties with at least three years overseeing multiple properties or regional portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate high-performing teams.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Familiarity with property management software, preferably AppFolio.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing rules and landlord-tenant laws.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Readiness to travel regularly within assigned portfolio areas.
