Regional Manager - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Role Overview

The Regional Manager is responsible for providing leadership and operational management across all retail locations within the designated region. This position ensures strong implementation of retail strategies and upholds consistent brand standards to achieve store performance, revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role also oversees compliance with operational procedures, food safety protocols, supply chain coordination, and team development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all retail outlets in the region, driving sales performance, operational standards, and profitability.
• Manage regional budgets, forecast projections, cost controls, and perform analysis of sales reports and profit trends.
• Coach, mentor, and manage store managers and retail teams; support recruitment, training, and planning for succession.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to maintain product availability and ensure stock integrity while controlling shrinkage.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and regulatory standards through audits and store inspections.
• Assist with the opening of new stores, renovations, relocations, and site readiness evaluations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing multiple retail sites, specifically within Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams across various locations effectively.
• A track record of boosting sales, lowering costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Experience handling supply chain coordination in high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with managing perishable goods, waste control, and cold chain logistics.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities combined with financial skills to analyze budgets, KPIs, and operational data.
